The new Parco Dora, located in corso Mortara at the corner with via Orvieto, completes the overall metamorphosis of this area, offering its residents, but also others inhabitants and tourists, 450 thousand square metres of green areas for sports, entertainment and relax, and giving them back a river that was exploited for decades by factories, making it polluted and inaccessible. The park, however, keeps alive the memory of the industrial past of this part of the city, maintaining some of its pre-existing structures (pools, steel pillars, smokestacks).
Kappa FuturFestival has always had a strong sensibility towards environmental sustainability. One of the most relevant aspects is sustainable mobility: Kappa FuturFestival has formed important partnerships to tie the right to mobility with the need to reduce pollution and traffic's devastating consequences like the increase of gas carbon emission, smog and noise pollution. Kappa FuturFestival 2016 will therefore be another chance to use and try out new ways to get around while saving money!
Access to Kappa FuturFestival is garanted only for those over 16.
