Cashless is the payment method available at the Kappa FuturFestival 2018: a re-chargeable card that replaces plastic tokens and that converts your cash into digital tokens! Once recharged you will be able to use your Paycard everywhere: to drink, to eat and to buy goods at the merchandising official store at the Festival.

The refunds portal will be open from Wednesday July 11th at 12:00 until July 13th at 12:00.

FAQ

As soon as you get your Paycard take a picture or take a note of the numbers on the back, so that in case you lose it, we can give you a new one with the credit you had left. The best thing to do is to register it immediately on the Paycard Club portal, so you can always access your data.
To pay, just hold your Paycard against the vendor’s scanner. You can check your credit at any topup station, bar, food stand, infopoint or on the dedicated Paycard portal after the Festival (if you registered your Paycard).
Cashless is our payment method. Your Paycard will be your virtual wallet during the Festival. Bar, food stands, merchandise store and other services will only accept your Paycard. That’s not all: once you register your Paycard online, you’ll be able to access special rewards and promotions, so sign up immediately.
Just go to the Top-up stations. Top up your Paycard by either cash or card. Choose one of our special offers to get extra credit. Top-up your Paycard as much as you want right away in order to avoid getting back in line and enjoy the Festival, anyway you will be able to request a refund after the Festival.
You will be able to register here your Paycard on our portal and keep up using your credit for purchases at Movement 2018. Otherwise, for a small transaction fee,  you can apply for a refund on our portal before midnight of July 10th.
You can have the Paycard shipped at your home before the Festival only if you bought a VIP Experience Gold ticket.
Sure. Dust off your old Paycard from KFF17 or Movement 2017 and take it to KFF18. If you register and top it up in advance on our portal you will be able to access more convenient promotions than those applied at the festival, you will have dedicated access and you will take part in a fantastic prize draw. Furthermore, if after KFF17 and Movement 2017 you registered it in time, you will be able to use your left over credit.
You will be able to top-up some cash a few weeks before the Festival. If you have already registered online, you will receive an email with more information.
Go to the Info Point next to the Main Stage Top-up Station, show your card, and we’ll give you a new one at no cost with your leftover credit.
As soon as you receive your Paycard, take note of the 14-digit UID number on its back. In case of loss, we will be able to give you a new Paycard with the remaining credit from the lost one, given that you present your UID number at the Info Point next to the Main Stage Top-up Station. If you registered your Paycard, you will also be able to request a new one after the festival by contacting us at info@movement.it.

We won’t be able to give you a new Paycard with the credit you had on the lost one, but you will still be able to request another card with the minimum initial €5 top-up at any of the Top-up Stations.
The credit on the unregistered Paycards will be deleted after 48 hours after the festival. The registered Paycards will be valid for 3 years since the registration date. Giving access to exclusive services and promotions for the upcoming Movement Events.
You can have the Paycard shipped at your home before the Festival only if you bought a VIP Experience Gold ticket.
Yes. You can check how much credit you have left on your Paycard by going to the Info Points or at any Bar, Top-up Station and Food Area.
Sure. If you haven’t used up all your credit by the end of the Festival go here and register your Paycard on your Movement Account to claim your refund for a small fee from July 11 at 12:00 to July 13 at 12:00. The refund may take up to 30 days to complete starting from the request date. ATTENTION! Extra credit from Promotions will not be refunded.
Yes, at any of the Top-Up Stations.
The first top-up will have a minimum of € 5. All successive top-ups will have a minimum of € 2.50. You can add up to € 100 per transaction, but the maximum amount you can have on your Paycard at any one time is € 200.
Yes. You can check up to the last 12 transactions by going to the Info Point near the Main Stage Top-up Stations.
