Access your ticket Account, go to 'cashouts' and associate the code of your wristband, add your bank details and wait for the refund to be processed (up to 30 days). You can request a refund from 8 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m. CEST until 20 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m. CEST

To access the Festival you must be 18 years old.

Sure! If you lost an item during the festival, you can go directly to our Info Point, located near entrance A. If you notice that you have lost something after the event, click HERE and fill out the dedicated form.

You can take with you to the Festival:
• Powerbank and charging cables
• Corded or wireless headphones
• Liquid creams in plastic containers up to 100ml (No Spray)
• Powder, makeup and lipstick
• Electronic cigarettes (all types)
• Liquids for electronic cigarettes (max 50ml)
• Matches
• Folding umbrellas max 45cm without tip
• Prescription medicines
• Flags of your country

The management reserves the right to prohibit the entry of objects considered offensive and/or inappropriate.

It is not possible to introduce to the Festival:
• Blunt objects
• Glass and cans
• Flammable objects
• Lighters
• Food and drink
• Narcotic substances
• Spray
• Explosive material
• Pointed umbrellas
• Weapons
• Selfie Stick
• Professional photo and video cameras with lenses
• Flags bearing political symbols

The management reserves the right to prohibit the entry of objects considered offensive and/or inappropriate.

For security reasons, it is not possible to return once you have left. So, check that you have what you need with you before entering.

Make sure you bring your ticket and a valid ID. We recommend that you download the ticket to your mobile device instead of printing it. Also, carefully check the gate indicated on the ticket (General Admission or Vips).

The Festival starts at  noon and ends at midnight each day. We recommend that you show up at the doors a little early because the checks could cause delays.

Yes, our protocol requires that both the public and staff are subject to control in order to safeguard the safety of all participants. Access may be denied to those who do not comply with the rules and instructions of the authorities.

Yes, it is possible to sell your ticket from May 31 to June 25, 2027 at 10am CET directly from your ACCOUNT. Go to the Tickets section, click on the 3 dots next to the ticket, and select the Sell option. You can choose whether to sell the ticket with or without the pre-loaded electronic wallet.

Yes, it is possible to change the name on the ticket from May 31 to June 25, 2027 at 10am CET directly from your ACCOUNT. Go to the Tickets section, click on the three dots next to the ticket, and select the Transfer option. Enter the new details, and the selected person will receive the ticket.

It will be possible to download you ticket from 12pm CET on June 26, 2026 directly from your account. You must be registered in order to do so.

Single-day tickets will be available from early 2026

Accessibility

In front of the Futur stage, located beneath the roof structure, there is a raised platform dedicated to attendees with permanent mobility disabilities, accessible via a ramp. You can check its location on the official festival app.

If you need a carer to attend the Festival and you hold the European Disability Card or an equivalent document to certify your condition, you can request a complimentary ticket for your carer by filling out the form at this link no later than 15 June 2026.The request for accreditation must be submitted after purchasing your own ticket, as the email address associated with the ticket order needs to be provided in the form.

No, there aren’t as Parco Dora does not have architectural barriers. However, the Festival takes place in a park, so the ground in some areas might be uneven, particularly in the event of rain.
